World food prices rose to an all-time high in January, according to the United Nation's Food and Agriculture Organization. The index rose by 3.4% in January -- the seventh monthly increase in a row -- to its highest level since records began in 1990.

Twenty-seven girls came forward to say they had been victims, the youngest of whom was 12 and the oldest was 18. Convictions have been achieved for 15 of those.
